Located within Vibra Hospital of Northern California is our 32-bed skilled nursing facility. Our skilled nursing team provides comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation services for individuals in need of specialized medical care before they can return home or to another care setting. Many of our patients have suffered serious injuries or illnesses. As a result, they require day-to-day help while they work toward recovery and regain their independence.
